Considering my latest efforts have been to trim the numbers on the scale (although I think the bastard thing lies to me daily!) I have had to learn how to slowly change my ways. And when I say slowly, I mean it. To go from always eating out for lunch since we have hectic days at work, to learning how to eat healthy(er) when eating out to trying to food prep ahead of time so as to avoid eating out as much as possible.
One of the best ways I have learned to eat healthy though, is starting with my least favorite meal of the day: breakfast. Because I have a literal need for all my food to be spicy, I have very little love for breakfast since most things are sweet. But I have learned that when most sweet foods make me sick, smoothies don’t. So I have now ventured onto making smoothies for breakfast almost everyday. Therefore I wanted to share my first smoothie recipe to share based on the yummiest fruit.
